1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. RMG Law Associates, Advocates for their discharge as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 in Commercial Suit No. 31 of 2015. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the aforesaid Advocates are not getting any instructions from Defendant Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 despite correspondence sent to the said Defendants.

It is stated that Defendant Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 who were directors of Defendant Nos. 1 and 2, at the relevant time had appointed Advocates M/s. RMG Law Associates and after passage of time, Defendant Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 are no longer Directors of Defendant Nos. 1 and 2. The fees of Applicants was also not paid by the said Defendants. The Advocates vide their letter dated 21.07.2023 requested the said Advocates to take their No Objection, failing which they will take discharge in the above matter. Defendant No.

3 vide his reply dated 28.07.2023 requested Advocates to provide copies of all the documents to enable him to appoint another Advocate. The said Defendant No. 3 has appointed Advocates Rahul Talreja and Mohammed Junai Qureshi as his Advocates in the aforesaid Suit. The Chamber Order is served on Defendant Nos. 3, 4 and 9 through

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) RPAD and by email on Defendant Nos. 5, 6 and 7. Affidavit of service is already on record. It appears that Defendant No. 4 has also appointed Advocates M/s Ganesh & Co.

in the aforesaid Suit.

2. Affidavit of service dated 15.12.2025 proving service of Chamber Order upon Defendant No. 9 is taken on record.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocates M/s. RMG Law Associates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 in Commercial Suit No. 31 of 2015. Office to delete the name of Advocates for Defendant Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 in Commercial Suit No. 31 of 2015.
