The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 10.10.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service dated 17.12.2025, showing service of Chamber Order upon respondents. It is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory.

It is contended that Conditional Order dated 10.10.2025 was not reflected in C.I.S. Further, it is contended that office objections have been compiled with, however, due to technical error, compliance made by the applicant was not reflected in CIS portal. It is further contended that for the same reasons, delay of 11 days caused in filing present Chamber Order and same may be condoned.

Considering grounds mentioned on oath, the applicant has made out a case for restoration of captioned Petition. None present for the respondents to resist contentions raised in the affidavit. In view thereof, in the interest of justice, delay of 11 days caused in filing present Chamber Order is condoned and present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections of Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered by filing/uploading compliance
