It appears from the records that, the Petitioner as well as his wife Smt. Nayana Chandrankant Shah have expired and his son Shri Kaushal Chandrakant Shah has expired leaving behind his widow Smt. Bhavika Kaushal Shah and minor daughter Ms. Saachi Kaushal Shah as their surviving legal heirs.
