1. The present Chamber Order is filed by Advocate Bimal Rajasekhar for discharge as Advocate for the Defendant in Commercial Admiralty Suit No. 36 of 2025. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the Defendant failed to provide any instructions for filing Written Statement despite emails sent to the Defendant. The Advocate has informed to the Defendant vide email dated 18.07.2025 and 05.12.2025 that they are seeking discharge in the matter and the Defendant needs to appoint another lawyer in the captioned matter.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Defendant tenders Affidavit of service dated 18.12.2025 proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Defendant through email dated 09.12.2025 and also informing today's date of listing of matter to the Defendant vide email dated 16.12.2025.

3. Defendant is absent.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.
