It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the Defendant failed to provide any instructions for filing Written Statement despite emails sent to the Defendant. The Advocate has informed to the Defendant vide email dated 18.07.2025 and 05.12.2025 that they are seeking discharge in the matter and the Defendant needs to appoint another lawyer in the captioned matter.
