By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment in the title of the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 2 Hiren Shashikant Sagalia has no right to present the petition, since the Petitioner No. 1 is the Class I heir of the deceased as per the provision of Hindu Succession Act. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and reverification be dispensed with.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading the Order. Reverification dispensed with.
