By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks to add in Column J of the Execution Application the details of the property to be attached as per schedule annexed.

Perused the affidavit in support the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant wants to add the details of the Current Account of the Central Railway in addition to the account mentioned therein in Column J of the Execution Application. He, therefore, prays that Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Execution Application as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment and consequential amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading the Order.
