The Praecipe dated 24th December, 2025 is taken on record and perused.

It is noted that the Decree Holder has taken out the Chamber Order seeking extension of time for the returnable date of the Warrant of Attachment. However, in the said Chamber Order, the Decree Holder has inadvertently referred to the Warrant of Sale under Order XXI Rule 64 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, instead of the Warrant of Attachment of immovable property under Order XXI Rule 54 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
3. The learned Advocate appearing for the Decree Holder has directed to carry out the necessary correction in the Chamber Order.

4. Accordingly, the time is extended for a further period of two weeks, i.e. from 4th February, 2026 till 18th February, 2026.
5. In view of the above, the Praecipe dated 24th December, 2025 stands disposed of.
