By this Chamber Order the Applicant / Petitioner seeks permission to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that the Original Petitioner Snehlata Gupta, widow of the deceased had filed the Petition for Letters of Administration. He further submits that the widow of the deceased is not a beneficiary under the Will and therefor her name is to be deleted and the name of Shri Trilochan Kumar Gupta, son of the deceased is to be brought on record. He, therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.
