By this praecipe dated 27th January 2026, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant applies for change of newspapers to publish the citation in "Deshdoot Times" in English language instead of "Free Press Journal" and "Deshdoot" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi instead of "Navshakti".

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant also seeks extension of three weeks time to comply with the directions as per Order dated 8th January 2026.

Time to comply with the directions as per Order dated 8th January 2026 is extended by three weeks from today. 4.

Perused the praecipe filed by the Petitioner for change of newspapers. By an Order dated 8th January 2026 the Applicant / Petitioner was directed to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai by way of substituted service upon legal heirs of the deceased. 5.

For the reasons mentioned in the praecipe the Applicant is permitted to publish the citation in "Deshdoot Times" in English

Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Deshdoot Times" in English language and "Deshdoot" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Nashik by way of substituted service upon legal heirs of the deceased. 7.
