CHOL/724/2025 in CTS(L)/37374/2022 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 02.04.2025, rejecting captioned Caveat under O.S. Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide conditional Order dated 02.04.2025, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within four weeks. Applicant removed few office objections, however, extension could not be sought on time and the Caveat got rejected.

Ld. Advocate for Applicant made a statement that now, he will pursue captioned matter diligently and hence delay of 102 days caused in filing present Chamber Order be condoned and Chamber Order may be allowed. Statements is accepted.

Considering the statement made by Ld. Advocate for Applicant and the grounds mentioned in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Application diligently.

In view of above, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to Petitioner within three days, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed by condoning delay in filing Chamber Order.
