1. This Chamber Order is filed by M/s.
Mulla & Mulla and Craigie Blunt & Caroe Advocates for their discharge as Advocates for the Defendants in Commercial Admiralty Suit No.19 of 2025.
2. It is stated in Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that the written statement is filed on behalf of the Defendant the claim of the Plaintiff is deposited in this Hon'ble Court as per Order dated 20.01.2021. Pursuant to the Order dated 09.05.2025 the parties were directed to file Affidavit of evidence, list of witnesses, affidavit of documents and compilation of documents, in the aforesaid Suit.
3. The Ld. Advocate vide their e-mail dated 6th June, 12th June, 17th June, and 24th June 2025 requested the Defendant to provide documents and information to comply with the aforesaid order. Vide e-mail dated 27.06.2025 Mr. Peckthoe Liew responded that the Defendant company has been dissolved. The Ld. Advocate vide email dated 04.07.2025 requested the aforesaid person to supply a copy of

4. The Ld. Advocates states that vide email dated 11.03.2026 a copy of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof is served on the aforesaid representative of Defendant. The Ld. Advocate undertakes to file Affidavit of service during the course of the day. The Ld. Advocate states that in the aforesaid situation, they are unable to proceed with the aforesaid matter and hence, made an application for their discharge.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Chamber Order is allowed. Mulla & Mulla and Craigie Blunt & Caroe are hereby discharged as Advocate for Defendant in Commercial Admiralty Suit No.19 of 2025 .
