CHOL/732/2025 in CTS(L)/38839/2022 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 13.08.2025, rejecting captioned Caveat under O.S. Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide conditional Order dated 29.07.2025, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within two weeks. Again, vide Order dated 13.08.2025, extension was granted to remove office objections till 26.08.2025. It is further contended that the Applicant complied with office objections on 21.08.2025, however, since cause title of the Caveat could not be corrected within time, Caveat got rejected.

Ld. Advocate for Applicant made a statement that now, he will pursue captioned matter diligently and hence, present Chamber Order be allowed. Statements is accepted.

Considering the statement made by Ld. Advocate for Applicant and the grounds mentioned in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Application diligently.

In view of above, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to Petitioner within three days, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
