Mr. Siddhesh Pilankar, Advocate for Petitioner IA(L)/33402/2023 with P.C. : The present Chamber Order is filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 12.03.2025 read with 26.03.2025, rejecting captioned Caveat and Interim Application under O.S. Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

CTS(L)/17445/2023 IN TP/1305/2023 Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that the Applicant removed office objections by uploading documents, however, could not get the matter numbered. It is further contended therein that settlement talks were going on between the parties and hence, there is delay of 188 days in filing present Chamber Order.

Ld. Advocate for Applicant made a statement that now, he will pursue captioned matter diligently and hence delay of 188 days caused in filing present Chamber Order be condoned and Chamber Order may be allowed. Statements is accepted.

Considering the statement made by Ld. Advocate for Applicant and the grounds mentioned in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Application diligently.

In view of above, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to Petitioner within three days, the present .... 2
