2. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that Defendant No. 3 has expired on 22.07.2025 and no instructions are received from the legal heirs of Defendant No. 3. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant No. 3 states that in the absence of instructions from the legal heirs of Defendant No. 3, they are unable to proceed with the matter.

3. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant No. 3 has filed Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof on the widow of deceased Defendant No. 3, through email dated 18.02.2026.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.
