Heard Mr. Velar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Baisane, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Administrator has been appointed for more than two and half years and he has not administered the estate of the deceased. According to the Administrator, he is entitled to 1/4th share of the deceased. He has not taken any steps to transfer the 3/4th shares to the three legal heirs.

Mr. Velar represents and espouses the cause of one legal heir.

Mr. Baisane, learned Advocate appears for the Administrator. He is directed by this Court to take immediate steps to prepare the transfer deeds with respect to the 3/4th share i.e. 1/4th share each to the three other entitled legal heirs and issue the same in accordance with law. The draft of the transfer deed shall be given by Mr. Velar to Mr. Baisane by Monday i.e. 15.12.2025.

Mr. Baisane is directed by this Court to ensure that the same shall be prepared by him and got executed and given to the three other legal heirs before next date.

It is clarified that if the Administrator does not take steps as directed today, this Court shall be constrained to pass strictures. Mr. Baisane will not derelict and ensure that he take steps. 7.

Stand over to 19th December 2025 for compliance. To be placed under the caption 'First on Board'.
