However, this Court has been informed that the learned Counsel who had concluded the arguments on behalf of the Applicant has been elevated as a Judge of this Court and that the matter would have to be re-argued on behalf of the Applicant. 3.

Mr. Bansal, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant submits that he would need about forty minutes to argue on behalf of the Applicant.
