It is made clear that Miscellaneous Application No.207 of 2025 filed before the City Civil Court is to be heard on 24 April 2026 finally and an order has to be passed on or before 30 April

If the bench is not available on 24 April 2026, then the learned Principal District Judge to assign this matter to alternative bench so that the Miscellaneous application can be disposed of finally.

Based on the outcome of the miscellaneous application, the present Notice of Motion no.4 of 2025 will be heard. 5.
List this matter on 4 May 2026.

It is made clear that if the judgment-debtor seeks time on 24 April 2026 before the City Civil Court, then this Court will impose heavy costs.
