The well-wisher of insolvent no.1-Maya Patel has deposited Rs.2,00,000/- with the Official Assignee and the said amount has been transferred to the petitioning creditor by NEFT. Insolvent no.1 has also filed an undertaking cum indemnity bond of the well-wisher with the Official Assignee.

Since the condition specified in paragraph 3(a) and 3(b) of the order dated 18 March 2025 has been complied with by insolvent no.1-Maya Patel, the order of insolvency is annulled. 3.
Insofar as the insolvent no.2-Bharti Joshi is concerned, she undertakes to file an undertaking cum indemnity bond of her wellwisher within four weeks from today. Subject to the undertaking cum indemnity bond being filed within four weeks, the insolvency order against Bharti Joshi is also annulled.
4.
The order of 18 March 2025 is complied with.
