The applicant has deposited Rs.15,82,361/- on 25 September 2025 with the Official Assignee pursuant to the order dated 19 September 2025 of this Court. The Official Assignee to invest the said amount in Fixed Deposit till further orders.

As per the order dated 19 September 2025, the Insolvency Registrar was directed to give inspection of the records to the advocate for the applicant within a period of four weeks from today. The period of four weeks expired on 19 October 2025. However, the learned counsel says that attempt was made to take inspection but the inspection was not taken. It is unfortunate that after obtaining the orders from this Court, the litigants
rsk 2 28-NMIS-27-25.doc tried to delay the matter by going back on their own statement. Therefore, no further inspection should be given without the permission of the Court. 3.
