The learned counsel for the petitioning-creditor and officers of the official assignee states that inspite of various attempts made, the insolvent Ms. Smita Rijwani is untraceable and is not attending the office of the official assignee.

In view thereof, a prayer is made by the petitioningcreditor to direct the police authority to trace the insolvent and produce before this Court.

In view of the above, the motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) and the officers of the EOW are directed to produce the insolvent before this Court on 6 February 2026.

Since the insolvent is not attending the office of the official assignee, warrant be issued to the concerned police station for arresting and producing the insolvent before this Court in exercise of powers under Section 34 of the Presidency-Towns Insolvency Act, 1909.

The petitioning-creditor has given details of phone number of the insolvent in the motion so as to assist the police authorities to trace the insolvent.

Motion is disposed of in above terms.
