Mr. Damania, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff tenders across the bar consent terms dated 6th June, 2026, submitting that the consent terms not only pertain to this Suit but also to Testamentary Suit 72 of 2023 in which the Plaintiff in Testamentary Suit No. 58 of 2025 is the Defendant No.1.

Ms. Siddique, learned Counsel appears for the Defendant in the Suit and submits that the Suit has been settled in terms of the said consent terms.
