Parties have reconciled their disputes and filed Consent Terms dated 24.04.2026. Consent Terms dated 24.04.2026 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. They are running into 27 pages upto execution clause. Consent Terms are signed by Plaintiff; Defendant Nos.1 to 4; Advocate for Plaintiff; Defendant Nos.1, 3 and 4 and Defendant No.2.

Petitioner/Plaintiff - Purvi Sanghvi is present through Video Conferencing and she confirms execution of the Consent Terms. Plaintiff is identified by the learned Advocate.
