In the order dated 21.11.2025, following corrections / additions are to be made:- (i) On page No.1, fifth and sixth line of paragraph No.2, the words 'Plaintiff and Defendants are present in Court today' be replaced with the word 'All parties i.e.

(ii) In paragraph No.6, add the following sentence:- "Suit is decreed in terms of Consent Terms dated 05.11.2025."

(iii) After paragraph No.6 of the order dated 21.11.2025, the following sentence is directed to be added as paragraph No.7.

"Refund of Court fees as per Rules'.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order dated 21.11.2025 and corrected order be uploaded. 5.
