The learned Advocate for the Defendants No.1 to 4/Respondents No.1 to 4 submits that the parties have settled their dispute. He seeks to amend the suit by adding Respondents No.5 and 6 who are parties to the Consent Terms with a view to dispose of the entire controversy amongst the parties.

At his request, the amendment to the suit is permitted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Consent Terms tendered are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification with today's date. The Advocates have identified their respective clients. 4.

I have perused the Consent Terms. They are in order and not contrary to the law. The contents of the Consent Terms are confirmed by the parties and they reflect their true intention. The parties confirm that the Consent Terms have been entered into on their own free-will and have not entered into it under any undue influence or coercion. 5.

The Registry to maintain this Consent Terms and not to destroy in the normal course.

The suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 7.

The Registry to refund the court fees, as per the applicable rules.
