The learned Counsel for the Insolvent No. 2 states that on the very day when the said order dated 15th April 2025 had been passed making Rule Nisi as regards the Insolvent No. 2 absolute, an 1/2
18-IRN-3-25.doc Affidavit had been filed by Insolvent No. 2, which states that the I.T. Returns have not been filed from 1999 and hence, the requisition of the Official Assignee could not be complied with. He has stated that an undertaking shall be filed by Insolvent No. 2 to the effect that the further requisitions of the Official Assignee shall be complied with. 2.
The said undertaking shall be filed by the Insolvent No. 2 with the Official Assignee within a period of one week from the date of this order.

Considering that Insolvent No. 2 has appeared through Counsel and is furnishing the aforementioned undertaking, warrant of arrest is discharged.
