Pursuant to order dated 6 February 2026, Mr. Patel, insolvent is present today in the Court. He has assured the Court that he will regularly attend the office of the Official Assignee and cooperate with the proceedings.

On 24 March 2026 at 11:30 a.m., Mr. Patel undertakes to attend the office of the Official Assignee at G.T. Hospital, the address of which is given to him in the Court. He also undertakes to attend the telephonic calls as and when the Official Assignee makes them.
