In continuation of earlier order dated 06th March, 2026, the insolvent is present in the Court today. On a request being made, permitting him to work as an employee with Sawariya Beauty, 79/A, Mezbaan House Pipe Road, Kurla (W), Mumbai 400 070, the Court on sympathetic ground permits the insolvent to work at that organisation. 2.

Further, the insolvent's family consists of himself, three children, wife and mother, and according to the insolvent, he is drawing a salary of Rs.

HMK 10. IRN-05-2025.doc 25,000/-. Therefore, the insolvent is directed to deposit Rs. 3,500/- every month with the Official Assignee's estate account till further orders. 3.

Bailable Warrant is cancelled.

Rule Nisi is discharged.

The insolvent undertakes to remain present as and when called by the Official Assignee and as and when the matter will list, either in-person or through Video Conferencing (V.C.).
