This Official Assignee's Report seeks the following prayers:- "(A) A Show Cause Notice may be issued against the Insolvent viz. Afzal Khan for having committed contempt of the Court by violating and not obeying the Order dated 5th December, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble Insolvency Court.

(B) that, the Official Assignee may be permitted to break open lock of the premises viz. 99A, Old CST Road, Kalina Village, Santacruz(E), Mumbai, with the help of concern police station for taking formal possession and making an Inventory." 2.

Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appears for the Insolvent and submits that some time be granted to file reply to the said report as far as the prayer Clause (A) is concerned.

As far as prayer Clause (B), with respect to the taking formal possession of the premises viz. 99A, Old CST Road, Kalina Village, Santacruz(E), Mumbai is concerned, Mr. Patil submits that the representative of the Official Assignee may visit the said premises on 4th April, 2025 at 1200 noon for taking the formal possession and that the Insolvent and his family members will cooperate. The statement is accepted as undertaking to this Court.

As far as prayer Clause (A) is concerned, let response/ reply be filed within a period of three weeks with copy to the Official Assignee. The response of the Official Assignee in a week thereafter. 5.
