On 1st April 2025, Mr. Bagwe had appeared and submitted that the valuation charges will be paid within a period of two weeks. The learned Official Assignee confirms that no charges have yet been deposited.

Ms. Thakur, learned Counsel appearing for the Insolvent No.1 has no objection if the directions sought in the report are allowed. 4.
Let the Petitioning Creditor deposit the valuation charges, advertisement/publication charges, etc. positively within a period of four weeks.

Subject to the said payment, the Official Assignee's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 6.
