By order dated 12 December 2025, the insolvent was directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- being the professional fees of the valuer with the office of Official Assignee and Rs.1 lakh as a pre-condition to file the reply. The insolvent seeks some time to make payment of Rs.1 lakh to enable him to file the reply.

In view of above, time for depositing Rs.1 lakh as per paragraph 8 of order dated 12 December 2025 is extended by a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, direction to deposit Rs.50,000/- as per paragraph 7 of the said order is also extended by a period of four weeks from today.

The insolvent states that he has challenged the order dated 12 December 2025. However, he has not produced any order staying the order passed by this Court.
