The learned counsel for the insolvent states that he has partly complied with the directions issued by order dated 6 March 2026 by depositing Rs.50,000/- being professional fees of the valuer. 2.

Insofar as the directions to deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- as a precondition to file reply is concerned, the insolvent has filed an appeal which is pending.
