This Official Assignee's Report seeks the following prayers:- "(A) that, the Eastern Chambers Premises Co-op. Society Ltd., Poona Street, Dana Bunder, Chinchbunder, Mumbai400 009 may be directed to provide all relevant documents of the Unit No. 45 to the Official Assignee.
(B) that the Official Assignee may be permitted to reappoint a Valuer viz. Vastukala Valuers (as already appointed earlier) or any other valuer from the panel of the High Court, Bombay for fresh valuation of the said Unit No. 45, Eastern Chambers Premises Co-op. Learned Official Assignee submits that the relevant documents with respect to Unit No. 45 are yet to be provided by the Eastern Chambers Premises co-op. Society Limited. That, therefore, this Court may direct that the said documents be provided to the Official Assignee.

It is also submitted that the valuer be appointed for fresh valuation as the earlier valuation is pre-covid. That the valuation charges be allowed to be paid from the amounts deposited by the Petitioning Creditor.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioning Creditor also having heard the learned Official Assignee, the Official Assignee's Report is made absolute in terms of the aforesaid prayers. (ABHAY AHUJA, J.) Nikita Gadgil 2/2
