ORDER :

By the Official Assignee's Report, a direction has been sought with regard to cash balance of Rs.991/- lying in the Estate Account of the insolvent to be transferred to the Unclaimed Dividend Capital Account as per the Rule 178 of Presidency Towns Insolvency Rules, 1910.

By an Order dated 15th April, 2025, this Court had made 1/2
8-oar-30-2025.doc it clear that if on the next date the Insolvent despite notice does not appear, this Court will proceed to pass the summary administration order as prayed for by the Official Assignee. Accordingly, notice was issued to the Insolvent returnable on 17th June, 2025. 3.
Although the Advocate for the insolvent has been served, service on the legal heir of deceased insolvent has not been effected as it is pending with the postal remark 'Item Dispatched' at Kalyan. Further, the Petitioning Creditor is present through Counsel. 4.
Accordingly, the Official Assignee Report is made absolute in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b). 5.
The cash balance of Rs.991/- lying in the Estate Account of the insolvent shall be transferred to the Unclaimed Dividend Capital Account as per the Rule 178 of Presidency Towns Insolvency Rules, 1910 and the Estate Account shall be treated as closed for administrative purposes.
