As per official assignees report dated 14 August 2025 one Mr. Tushar Aggarwal is interested in buying watch mentioned at Sr. No.4 at page No.5 of the said report. He had paid earnest deposit of Rs.35,000/- to M/s. Railtel Corporation of India Ltd. The details of the same are at page 8 of the report. However, due to technical issue although he made several attempts his bid could not go through. The official assignee has received an email from Tushar Aggarwal on 12 August 2025 wherein he has shown his willingness to purchase the said watch for Rs.3,50,000/-. 2.

I have perused the e-mail and the official assignee's report. On perusal of the same , I am of the view that the official assignee should sale the said watch for Rs.3,55,000/- to Mr. Tushar Aggarwal. Mr. Tushar Aggarwal should deposit the balance amount i.e. Rs.3,20,000/- (3,55,000Rs.35,000) with the office of the official assignee within a period of 4

The official assignee should, thereafter, remit the commission on sale of this watch to M/s. Railtel Corporation of India Ltd and balance to be retained in the Estate Account till further orders. On receipt of sale consideration, watch should be handed over to Mr. Tushar Aggarwal. 4.

Official Assignee's Report is disposed of.
