After perusing the office report, it is evident that the Insolvent has travelled to Hyderabad without seeking the permission of the Official Assignee. In this connection, it is necessary to see paragraph 5 of the Official Assignee's directions dated 12 June 2025, flight ticket dated 7 August 2025 and paragraph 7 of the Official Assignee's Report. 2.

Ms. Patole, learned counsel for the Insolvents states that the Insolvent will make a payment of Rs.50,000/- towards office expenses of the Official Assignee's Office and on payment of the same, the Official Assignee's Report in terms of prayer clause (A) can be disposed of by dropping the proposal to show cause for violation of the Official Assignee's directions.

In view of above, the Insolvents are directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today with the office of Official Assignee for administrative purpose and file an affidavit towards the compliance.
