The learned counsel for the Insolvent No.1-Maya Pankaj Patel states that within four weeks, the well wisher who is not the insolvent will deposit Rs.2 lakhs with the Official Assignee. The Official Assignee to thereafter remit the said amount to the petitioning creditor. In addition to Rs.2 lakhs the Insolvent No.1 will also deposit the commission through the well wisher and the well wisher will also file an indemnity for Insolvent No.1-Maya Pankaj Patel. 2.

Mr.Sanghvi, learned counsel for the Insolvent No.1 states that he is appearing only for Insolvent No.1 and not Insolvent No.2. Therefore, the present order is restricted only qua Insolvent No.1.

Liberty to Insolvent No.1 to move the Court once the deposit is made.
