This motion is taken out by the debtor for annulment of insolvency order dated 06th December, 2016 and dispensation of public examination of the insolvent.

I have perused the affidavit in support of the motion and on being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

There is a deficit of Rs.30/- which the Official Assignee will deduct from the estate of the insolvent before refunding any amount.
