As per the Official Assignee's report the cash balance laying in the estate account is only Rs.451/-. Therefore, any further proceedings would be unnecessary burden on the office and therefore, looking at the materiality factor prayer clause (a) and (b) of the Official Assignee's Report is allowed.

Office of the Official Assignee is requested to close the proceedings.
