Official Assignee's report dated 26 September 2025 was attempted to be served. However at the address avail able, it is reported that no such person reside at the said address. 2.

The amount lying in the estate account is only Rs.456/-. Therefore, it does not make any material sense to engage the office of the Official Assignee for any further proceedings. Office of the Official Assignee and the petitioning creditor informs that the whereabouts of the insolvent for last 20 years is unknown and therefore even on this count proceeding further in this matter will be of no consequence. Therefore, the prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Official Assignee's Report is accepted and allowed.
