The Official Assignee's report has been served by hand delivery on 13 November 2025. However, there is no appearance today. As per the Official Assignee's report, the amount lying in the estate account is only Rs.500/- whereas the debts are Rs.28,65,489/-. In my view, no purpose would be served by pursuing the present petition in the light of the above fact. Therefore, amount lying in the estate account be transferred to Unclaimed Dividend Capital Account as per Rule 178 of the Presidency Insolvency Dues ,1910 and the estate account be closed. 2.
