The official assignee's report has been served on the insolvent. The cash balance lying in the estate account of the insolvent is only Rs.442/- whereas the debt is Rs.46,470/-. 2.

In last 20 years, the petitioning-creditor has not furnished any information to the official assignee. Looking at all the above aspects, the amount lying in the estate account is directed to be transferred to the Unclaimed Dividend Capital Account as per Rule 178 the Presidency-Towns Insolvency Rules, 1910 and the estate account is directed to be closed.
