The time granted as per paragraph 3 of order dated 5 December 2025 for cancellation of agreement for sale is extended by a period of four weeks from today.

Mr. Tamboly, learned counsel for the plaintiff, in a suit which culminated into consent terms submitted that he will take out an interim application for inspection of the records relating to the petitioner Mr. Ravikiran Aggarwal and Mr. Pujit Aggarwal. The said application will be filed and served within two weeks from today. Reply to the said application to be filed within two weeks, thereafter. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week thereafter. 3.

List this matter on 8 May 2026.

Insofar as orders passed in OAR No.83 of 2025 is concerned, the same will be complied with by the Official Assignee. However, subject to the same no further assets will be sold without leave of the Court till 8 May 2026. The order of direction with respect to inspection and consequent direction is applicable in Insolvency Petition No.21 of 2019 and Insolvency Petition No.22 of 2019.
