Ms. Desai, learned Counsel appears for the Applicants and seeks modification of the order dated 27th March, 2025, submitting that Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

2025.07.10 15:31:13 +0530 NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL through inadvertence the amounts of Rs. 696/- and Rs. 689/- being cash balances in respect of the two Applicants as indicated in ExhibitsB and C of the Application remained to be directed to be refunded to the said Applicants. That this Court may modify the order dated 27th March, 2025 to include the direction for refund of the said two amounts.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions and also having perused the Exhibits B and C to the Application, this Court directs that the cash balances of Rs. 696/- and Rs. 689/- respectively indicated in Certificates of Balance at Exhibits B and C also be refunded to the Applicants.

Order dated 27th March, 2025 be modified accordingly. Praecipe accordingly to stand disposed.
