During the course of submissions, the party in-person submitted that the petitioner is person aggrieved and suffers legal injury by operation of sections 9, 11-B and section 21 of the Patent Act, 1970. She seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the PIL with liberty to challenge the said provisions in a writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the PIL is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
