In this Public Interest Litigation, the Petitioner interalia seeks a direction to the Respondent to initiate disciplinary actions against responsible officers for fixing the liability for corruption and mismanagement in the funds.

After arguing the matter some extent, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a complaint with the Central Vigilance Commission. Accordingly, Public Interest Litigation is disposed of in terms of liberty as prayed for.
