Learned Counsel invite my attention to the Order dated 13 th January 2025 and submit that since they have substantially progressed towards settlement, matter be listed for directions.

Hence, List the matter on 10 th February 2025 for directions.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff submits that the Plaintiff shall make all necessary arrangements at the site for fixing the tin board. In view of this, nothing further survives in the Court Receiver's Report No. 3 of 2025. The same is accordingly disposed of without passing of accounts. 4.

I am informed that since the cost of the report has already been deposited by the Plaintiff, nothing further needs to be done. 5.

The Court Receiver's Report No. 3 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
