This Court Receiver's Report seeks the following prayers : (a) Hon'ble Court if deems fit may pass necessary directions for sale of the subject property.

(b) Hon'ble Court be direct the Respondents/ Contemnors to submit original title documents and/or other necessary documents including sanctioned plan, area of structure in respect of suit property in the office of the Court Receiver.

(c) The Hon'ble Court may pleased to direct the parties for depositing professional fees of valuer, and charges for advertisement of public notice for sale in newspapers. Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

14-CRR-39-2025.doc (d) Costs of this Report of Rs.5000/- be awarded and Court Receiver be allowed to deduct the same from the suit account.

When the matter is called out, Mr. Bhandari, learned Counsel, appears for the Petitioner and submits that since the Court Receiver is already in physical possession of the suit property, this Court may direct the procedure as requested for by the Court Receiver. However, the Defendant No.2 appears in-person and submits that his Advocate is not well and had to take leave for medical emergency and that the matter be suitably adjourned.

Accordingly, list on 16th July 2025 on the supplementary board.
