The suit was disposed of as per consent terms executed between the parties. The order was passed disposing of the suit on 23rd February, 2018, but the Court Receiver was not discharged. 2.

In that light Court Receiver's Report No.45 of 2025 is filed seeking the following reliefs.

"(a) The Court Receiver may be discharged without passing of accounts.

(b) The plaintiff may be directed to deposit an amount of Rs.37,000/- towards the cost charges and expenses of Court Receiver.

(c) Cost of this report be fixed at Rs.5,000/- and the plaintiff be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver.

Having considered the record, this Court is of the opinion that the aforesaid directions deserve to be granted. 4.
