By an Order dated May 9, 2024, a Learned Single Judge of this Court was pleased to direct that the Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement ("PAAA") may be executed on behalf of certain occupants, by the Court Receiver.

2.

Today, it is evident that such agreement has indeed been executed and has been registered. Consequently, the Court Receiver would stand discharged. The executed and registered agreement shall be handed over to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 within a period of one week from the date on which this order is uploaded on the website of this by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

The Court Receiver would stand discharged once the agreements are handed over to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 without passing of accounts.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
