Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff pointed out that today the matter is on board for continuation of the exparte ad-interim order passed th April 2025. The Defendants have now entered by this Court on 24 appearance and Learned Counsel for Defendant Nos.1 and 2 submit that Defendants are desirous of amicably resolving the entire suit by submitting Meera Jadhav
2/2 10-IA(L)-11344-2025 (OS).doc to a decree. However, the only issue which is required to be resolved, is the aspect of cost.
Learned Counsel appearing for Plaintiff submits that the Plaintiff would not averse to settling the suit, however, given the nature of the violations alleged, cost would have to be paid. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff, at this stage points out that Defendant No.1 is in fact a party to five separate suits in respect of infringing the Applicant/Plaintiff's labels. However, since today, the parties are exploring the possibility of resolving th October 2025.
